Phil is out of Harbour and shows alot of the same personality traits of her mom, but also has a much calmer side that comes from her dad. Her trademark move is hitting the ground as soon as she sees you for a belly rub, and she can successfully do a 360 on her back to make sure that she gets one. Phil is extremely loving and if she had her way, she would be a lap dog. While she loves pets, put her near a dock and water and she is off – launching like her relatives and loving every minute of it. Swimming is a must for this girl, and when she isn’t in the lake or bay, she can be found snoozing with anyone that will allow her to snuggle up next to them.
